Press placements

Every press release and article package includes guaranteed publication. If we are unable to publish your article in the agreed outlet category, you receive a full refund of the amount paid for that placement — no partial credits, no questions asked.

Google Knowledge Panel engagements

Google’s systems ultimately decide when and how a Knowledge Panel is displayed, so we do not promise a specific date or appearance. What we do promise: if your Knowledge Panel has not gone live within 90 days of your kickoff call, you are entitled to a full refund of the engagement fee. Work already delivered (published articles, structured data, profile setup) remains yours to keep.

How to request a refund

Email media@placifypr.com from the address used at checkout. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
